Alright well I figured I would share this as it seems(to me) very interesting and something I have wanted to try for a while. Also the chip is the same as in this last thread I did:

Basically I have done as the title suggests, put my rig(in sig but a 4850 instead) outside. The temperature is roughly 55F(12.6C on temp probe) and the water temperature is reading at about 15C.

I can not tell what my temperature it idles at as the readings stop at 37/24. On prime95 and IBT however I end up with this at stock:

After a bit of raising he FSB 5mhz, than setting new clocks in BIOS every 100mhz, than getting to 4ghz I end up with this. Those max temps stayed there even after 2 more sets of 2 passes.

I am still following that process and have so far gotten to 4.2 with no issues. I am going to continue this process and hopefully pass my own personal record(in thread listed above). I'll keep updating as I hit milestones.

Here are some pics of interest as well.

Alright I was able to boot 5.1 with 1.6v... I'll be trying for 5.2+ probably tomorrow but for now I'm off to bed.

That's awesome. I would try that, but I think rain would get to mine. 5.1GHz is amazing btw.
