If I have VGA and CPU blocks, which block would have water coming through first?

Coming from the water source, would the water travel to the VGA block then into the CPU block, or vice versa?
 
Doesn't matter. The water will only be a couple tenths of a degree hotter after going through one of your blocks.

Pick your order based on what's easiest and what uses less tubing.
