hey i have a quesiton... can watercooling fit into a mid-tower case?? and is that the next up size from SFF??

if SFF is mATX, then yes. And yes it can, you can watercool anything.
 
so it goes sff then mid-tower?? and yea i know you can watercool anything but i'm not sure i wanted a sff but i'm not sure anymore befcause easier to WC a mid-tower and just for upgradability w/ mobo/sli etc. i'm not sure tho.. and i'm a gamer etc.
