I would like some advice from you veterans on a good water cooling plan for my new build. I am planning on purchasing a new Lian Li V1000b Plus II for my computer, and with that I would like to get into the world of water cooling. I've read a few basic guides on WCing, but none of them have really given me a good idea of what parts I should be buying as a start up enthusiast water cooler. I plan on cooling:

Intel C2D E8400
ATi HD 4870

I would really appreciate it if you guys could link me some websites that specialize in stuff like this along with what parts you think I should purchase. I guess I would like to spend below $300 if thats possible. If that is not the case, just tell me the parts and the ballpark figure of what I should be looking to spend. On a side note, I would like all of the parts to fit inside the V1000 due to the fact that I'm not very fond of external parts unless an attached external radiator is that much more efficient and would help with my costs.

I was looking around for a radiator that would fit inside the V1000, and I found this:

Koolance EHX-1000BK Internal 1kW Radiator & Fans/Shroud - Black - $99

I've heard Koolance kits aren't the greatest thing to get, but I was wondering if just a basic top mounting radiator like this would be any worse than something I would put inside the case? (Along with other name brand pumps and other parts)
 
The Koolance radiator you have linked is made of Aluminum. You will save yourself a lot of headaches in the future if you get a Copper or Brass radiator and copper waterblocks.

I've never owned a Lian-Li V1000, but it does not look like it will fit a radiator very easily (judging from the pictures). Assuming you don't have the desire to do extensive case mods, I would mount a radiator externally off the back 120 mm fan exhaust port. The Watercooling pictures thread has lots of examples of that.
