I'm thinking of going with WC. Here is what I want:

1) complete system for under $200
2) must completely fit inside Lian Li PC-65B

system specs are in sig

Given your restrictions I would suggest this kit . The only thing that you would want to maybe upgrade later for added performance would be he radiator.
