Ok i have his idea for a orc case. im planing on having this be a black case. im going to mod the side panel with a design that goes along the lines of this, http://www.blizzard.com/war3/wallpaper/wallpaper15.shtml
my plan for the side mod is the circle like cut out. Its going to be the shield. im going to try and cut the case in a way that the horse shoe is part of the panel, he center could be a 80mm fan or something similer. And i may try and include the wolf somehow. i would most lily have the case have green lights becausei have a surplus of them and because the of the orcish green skin. the problem is i cant find a case that would be good for this project... anyone have ideas and possible links to nice cases? im looking all over for a nice case for this project but havnt been lucky.
 
What might look very cool - although I'm conveniently neglecting your surplus of green lights ;) - is to somehow get that picture screenprinted onto a steel or aluminium case-side; then cut away all the black areas at the top and bottom and replace them with acrylic. You could then run a red CCFL behind the wooden bar to give the red glow :p

Otherwise, you could cut out the shield, like you said, and dremel yourself a fan grille that's got the two wolves and the - erm - "ohm" symbol on it.

Still, sounds like a wicked project.

PS: I haven't been much help in regards to cases, though. Sorry. Maybe something CoolerMaster, like the CM Stacker? That'd be pretty uber...
 
hmmm... very interesting idea with the printing and the red glow.... i might just try that. Now the search for 2 things start... a place that will do the printing.... and the proper case. What would you suggest for the case color? I think black but id like your opinion.
 
I assume that you're not wanting to do your own painting? If that's the case then go grab a cooler master praetorian or antec sonata. both are very good cases and come in black. If you're going to do your own painting then go pick up an antec p160 or tt tsunami. my 2 cents. :)
