how would i pull this off?

I've got a standalone hard drive not connected to any PC or computer equipment that I want to transfer files wirelessly to.

How can this be done? Are there wireless hard drive enclosures out there?
 
Wireless USB. There are a few products on the market, a bit tricky to find because most searches come up with 802.11 wireless dongles. Try searching for 'wireless usb hub'.

You could also get a dd-wrt capable wireless router with a USB port, but you're limited to a couple MB/s.
