Do you have any experience in it?

What have you used for each?

I'm looking for something that can have up to 10 people at once, or at least any variation of 10 people(fivex2 people meetings, etc.) with the ability to share someones desktop, or at least some programs.

We use on premise internet video conferencing appliance such as RHUB to conduct web meetings. We think it is a better solution as compared to hosted services. It allows desktop screen sharing, file transfer, can have more than 20 people joining the meeting etc.

Best bet is to integrate with your existing Voice/Data infrastructure. If you have VoIP, talk to your existing hardware vendor first, or see if integration is available for you VoIP server. Lync does a great job if you have AD/Exchange infrastructure already setup.
If you are planning from a blank slate, knowing what kind of infrastructure you plan is still helpful.

http://zoom.us is what we are rolling out. So far I'm loving it very very very small install works on web connected computer cloud or self hosted. And best of all it just works
