VX2435wm official launch?

Hi,

I know it's suppose to be available in february (and the 28'' in april) but does some one has a more precise date? Because i'm waiting for them to launch this product to buy/not buy the FP241W. If the viewsonic is better, i'll wait for the 28'' version instead...Also anyone knows if there's gonna be a 1:1/aspect ratio option in it? No info about that on their website...


If you know about another new model from other manufacturers (24'' or more, HDCP, HDMI, 1:1/aspect) let me know!

Considering that it retails at $699, it doesn't necessarily have to be "better" -- if it does everything it advertises with no major flaws then it will be a great value. Also, it will probably be widely available in retail stores, unlike the BenQ, which, as far as I'm aware, has yet to make an appearance in any B&M store in the US. At the very least, this will create even more competition at this size and price point, which is always good for the consumer.

I wish all these other 24 inch monitors we've been hearing about will hurry up and come out -- viewsonic, sceptre, samsung, lg, not to mention the other variants of the BenQ -- seems like this will be a good year for buying a 24 incher. :)
 
can wait to see those new screens.... tired of waiting.... i'm still able to control my self and not buy right away the FP241W.... but for how long?:(
