VPN connects, but can't use network drives

Hi,

I just setup a VPN for a remote office and was able to connect the VPN into the server.

The problem is I can't seem to navigate the server's shared folders. I tried using the IP address, the server name; nothing seems to work.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Can you ping the server?

I didn't think of trying to ping the server because the VPN stated that I was connected to the server. I just can't seem to access the shared folders.
