Hello all, my first post on this thread 
I've never set up a VPN connection with anything, much less creating yet another client out of my smartphone. I have a Palm Centro, running Palm's own PalmOS 5. Would I need to run a VPN client application on the phone, while running a VPN server app on my server?
The reason I'm trying to bring a smartphone into my home network is because I'm building a mail and file server out of an older Pentium system and would like to incorporate my 1 Linux/Windows dual-boot, my Linux laptop, my GF's Windows box, and my PalmOS phone. I'm not totally sure what other details I should provide, so if there's something you need to know, just ask. Is what I'm trying to do something common?
