Are these voltages:

+12.00 = 11.55V

-12.00 = 12.44V

-5.00 = 3.50V

something to be worried about?

I feel that my power supply woes continue with this one. Should I try to run it solo on the surge protecter? I ran Prime95 torture test for small FFt and it was fine, but the other tests failed quickly.

Well, negative voltages are useless.

And if you're checking with software, you're making a mistake there.

Otherwise, the 12V is under the -/+5% tolerance.

Does your power supply have a significantly higher 5V rail than it does 12V rail? What is the power supply?

What's your system specs?
