voltage rises under load

My plan was to keep my FX55 under or at 1.75 volts. So on my K8N Neo2 Platinum, I set 1.525 + 10%. This gives me 1.75 volts. In cpu-z, it fluctuates between 1.749 and 1.754. But occasionally it would go down to 1.739 and up to 1.783. Under load (super pi), the voltage goes up and fluctuates between 1.763 and 1.789. Is this normal for the voltage to rise under load. My A8V board didn't do this. The voltage actually went down on that board under load. I have an PCP&P 510 and all rails are rock solid.
 
I dunno if its normal or not, but my Gigabyte board does the same thing on my A64 2800+...

I actually wonder if the voltage is actually changing under load, or if the readings are just getting less accurate due to extra heat or something.
 
my voltages actually lowers instead of rising. correct me if im wrong but if you have a higherend PSu (antec) the voltages shouldnt have huge voltage shifts like the cheaper PSUs (powmax, raidmax, etc) have.
