I finally got myself a PC P&C 510 Deluxe :D

I have a question though, which should I adjust the voltages according to, the digital multimeter or the motherboard's sensor ?
 
If I wanted to push my ram's voltage and I max out in the bios, is it ok to push the 3.3 on my PSU?
