Where do you guys go to build your vmware certified devices?

I need to price out two units...1 being a simple nas/san setup (doesnt have to be vmware certified) which I think would be easy.....

1 x quad core @ 2.0 ghz
8 GB of RAM
8 x 1 TB hard drives


the second one though has to be vmware certified...

2 x quad core @ 2.0 ghz
24 GB of Ram
10 x 2 Tb hard drives
 
no one knows where i can be readily made VMWare certified hardware at? preferably at more cost effective prices...
