Vlan on HP 1910

I just bought a HP 1910 on ebay and am hoping to use it for a layer 3 vlan route to distribute internet at my apartment. My goal is to have the modem go straight into a port on the switch then vlan my internal network using Nat.

How would I do this?

AFAIK the HP 1910 switches do not provide NAT.

Your 1910 can do up to 32 static routes between VLANs. That is NOT the same thing as internet sharing, as mentioned above, you'll need a device that can do NAT (Network Address Translation) for that.
