The Vizio 4K TV's Performance Series are out. The current pricing for the 50" is under $1000, which is the reason why this TV would likely be extremely popular. Early reviews shows good image, contrast second to only OLED, and high color quality. As this is [H], how good is it for gaming?

The TV features touts true 120 Hz for gaming. But whether that's true for just 1080p or also for upscaled 4K from 1080p I do not know yet. Pretty sure native 4K wouldn't go 120 Hz. Input lag?

As for work, I'm assuming if people like the Seiki's for programming/coding last year, this will be even better.

I'll update this post as more in depth reviews about the functions we actually care about on [H] comes in.
 
I was looking at their 60" in this series. Curious on what everyone thinks. Most of the current reviews are people just reviewing the specs or saying "Oh hey I have this pre-ordered I'm so cool!" Never was a fan of Vizio or anything, but this TV looks like its quite nice.
