Hey guys i was lookin at newegg.....Abit seems to be the cheapest x800 vivo card you can buy for 415. I'm going flash it to xt pe and unlock the extra pipes, but has anyone ever done it with the abit card and been sucessful? Any failures?
Should i pay 465 from zipzoomfly and just get a XT ( non pe ) and just clock it up to a PE? ( thats all that has to be done right? )
What do you guys suggest! :) Thanks.
 
I've never flashed an Abit version before, I dont think you will have any problems at all. However for $50 dollars more you can avoid any potential problems, slim as they might be. Personally, I would get the XT and just overclock it.
