Vista to XP Gigabit Transfer Slow

I've got the following hardware:
Netgear WNR854T Wireless N Gigabit Router
Linksys SD2005 Gigabit Switch
Two computers with gigabit Ethernet cards
One computer has XP one has Vista. I am transfering from the Vista machine to the XP machine and I am only getting around 3.5MB/s which sounds insanely slow for a gigabit connection.

This is a problem because I got over 400GB of data in total that needs to be transfered to the XP machine which is a storage server running Raid 5.

Screen shot of the transfer.... anyone have any suggestions on what could be causing this to be so slow? I was getting these same speeds with my 10/100 router before.

its an issue with Vista. SP1 will sort it I think.

The screen shot doesn't work. Post the actual URL for the screen shot or host it on imageshack.

That sounds about right - my LAN transfer rates increased ~7x when I installed Vista SP1 RC1

Fixed the link, sorry. Guess I will have to wait until they release SP1
