Vista Start Menu Annoyance

So when you click Start -> All Programs it shows applications before directories. Anyone know a way to change this so it's directories first?

You'll find it much easier to use Windows Key + start typing than you will to go through the tree menus, if you take the time to get used to it. Actually one of the great features with Vista (note: this is NOT the Run command, which requires the specific filename, but rather a combination of search and run).
