Vista: Repair install disc version

To do a repair install in Vista, does it matter which disc I use? I.E. could I use a Vista Business disc to do a repair install on Vista Home Premium? I imagine most of the core system files would be the same...

Infact all core system files are be the same - the Vista disk you use to install it with is the same between all versions - it's the key/version you enter/select that changes which files are copied/features are available.
 
Hot damn. Are you meaning to say that theres no difference between the discs?
 
To the best of my knowledge, that has always been the case with Vista. Possibly some OEM discs may only contain the version that was purchased, but every disc I am seen so far has ever version on it. As for differences, you still have to worry about the platform and the license type.
