Vista disable visual themes/disable desktop composition

Quick question guys...

I run a program wit hteh compatability settings disable visual themes, disable desktop composition, and disable display scaling on high DPI settings.

Well I went to sleep with a program running last night woke up and my GFX were all bugged... restarted and now it is like it is stuck in those settings any fix?

What are we looking at, at this picture? Could you please rephrase what you're trying to get. I think I know what you mean but I want to make sure.

Re-run the Windows Experience Index? Reinstall Video Drivers?

We really need more information to help. That screenshot doesn't really help either since Vista's aero looks the same when running a full screen app (although I don't think a screenshot in this situation is really necessary, either).
