Visiontek Xtasy?

I have one of their 9600XT's, my card is fine but didn't come with BGA memory and the max rated speed on the memory is 300mhz (stock speed)

I got mine cheap, so I can't really complain - but if you have a choice, buy a retail ATI card
 
BGA memory is little squares, and is capable of higher speeds

My card has normal rectanglular memory that you would find on any older cards - it looks like that
