Virtualbox - Help With Imported Machine Networking

I exported a SBS 2003 virtual machine and then imported on another host. Everything is working except for the network.

In the device manager in the guest, it shows that it is unable to start the AMD NIC (has exclamation point). I have this in bridge mode with the hosts intel NIC selected.

Any ideas on how to get this to work? I tried cloning the imported virtual machine and having it generate a new mac via the check box and that didn't work.

I was able to fix it by switching the kind of NIC in Virtualbox settings for the machine. I changed it to Intel and it was good to go.
