Can I install Virtual PC 2007 onto Windows XP (host) and then run Vista and 7 as guests? I think I stated that correctly. Or will this only work with Freeware Vmware Player?

Vista is supported officially as a guest. I think Win7 will work, but is not officially stated to work.

What tools, exactly, is he referring to and are they to be used in Virtual PC 2007. Just to be clear. I'm jumping in for the first time.

Also, when OC'ing my new rig I don't remember if it was recommended to turn on that VM in the BIOS. I remember some setting for this. I assume it should be on and it won't be an issue with the OC'ing I'm doing.
