Videos play, but w/ black screen and I still hear audio fine?

I was hoping someone can help me figure this out.

Other day I downloaded media player 10, and now no matter what video or player (divx, quicktime etc) I just get a blank or black screen, but I can still hear the audio fine?

I have installed the Divx codecs, messed with overlay and hardware acceleration settings all to no avail

I read the sticky on codecs, but it didnt seem to address my issue.

Any help, insight, advice or ideas will be greatly appreciated

you should try reinstalling your video driver.

Thanks. I reinstalled the nvidia 84.21 drivers and it fixed it Weird thing is that I have 2 7800GTs and always used the top card to connect the monitor to, but after reinstalling the drivers I thought my monitor died, but reconnected to one of the ports on the bottom and now it works
