what are those called? do they have a name? im trying to get some, Id search for the name on the forum but i dont know it ;) ..

The ones for BGA memory type.

When i do get them. Thermal epoxy works as great as AS5? or can i combine both somehow.

no offense but have you ever though of using www.google.com or www.froogle.com
i just got through searching www.froogle.com for BGA memory sinks and got this

why are people so lazy these day. i am starting to wonder if it is lazyness or lack of common sense? this is not just directed to you but every person that posts queston on the boards before searching www.google.com , www.froogle.com , or the case mod FAQ which is a massive answer list that people dont look at because they are too busy trying to get more posts.

Inquisition I would not reccomend using AS5 to apply the heatsinks becuase AS5 does not harden I believe. The heatsinks will stay attached, but may fall off easily. I would reccomend Thermal Pads or Thermal Epoxy as the best route. If you do use Epoxy, the heatsinks will be permantly attached, but most BGA ramsinks come with thermal pads already on them. So I would suggest to just use whats already on there.
