Easy to use with a DV Cam. Preferably one that can take advantage of a 64bit OS, but clearly not mandatory. And reasonably priced- no Avid :)

I'm not looking ofr incredible sophistication, but one that works well and can do titles, audio tracking (maybe music tracks) and editing. Probably anything out there.

TIA for the ideas.
