Video conferencing program?

Hey, im looking for a video conferencing program that can hold up to 2 or 3 people.. primarily for 2 pc users and 1 mac users to all be in one video conference together... Does anyone know of a program like this? I like net meeting, but I can only have 1v1 in it, so if theres anything similar to it?

You could make one using flash. Takes about 25-30 minutes to set it up, and allows 16-32 users.....Look it up on Macromedia's site...
