Hi, i'm looking for a program to compress fraps videos, I'm looking for a great ratio of compression to quality.. It doesn't matter if it's free or not, I just need a good idea of what I need to meet these needs.

Another thing, I have a little experience with Dr. Divx but I'm just not sure what all the settings mean, or what can be sacrificed and what can't. can anyone point me in the right direction? links?
