Video card voltage

I know from before... that an overclocked video card will sometimes crash to the desktop in a game if not supplied with enough voltage. Voltage also seems to help in upping the overall clock speed of the graphics core itself.

But my question is will an increase in voltage help with the artifacts produced from too high a memory clock? Given the assumption that effective cooling is provided to the video card and that that artifacts aren't produced by that... will more voltage help?

Thanx in advance,
Aux
