Hi,
My computer -

Hp Pavilion 7955 Series

P4 - 1.5GHz
Asus motherboard , AGP 4X
768mb ram pc133
Nvidia Riva TNT2 M64 32mb Ram

I want to upgrade my video card. I don't know which video card will be good for my pc. Should I get Ati Radeon 9600xt,Ati Radeon 9800 np or Geforce Fx 5700 Ultra? I want to play some new games out there. Please give me some advice. Thanks.

All three of those cards will be fine. In fact, your cpu and ram will be a bottleneck for you, meaning that you will see little difference btween any of those cards until you get a faster rig.

In my opinion the 9800pro at ~$210 US is the best buy out there right now. Considerably faster than the 9600xt/5700ultra for about $50 more. But again, with that setup the faster card is just going to be held back by the rest of your rig.

If you're planning to upgrade the rest of your system, get the 9800pro. Otherwise, you will probably not see a difference in either of the other cards you suggested.
