Video Card Failure?

hey guys, well ill try to break it down nice and simple.
i have a old vid card geforce4 ti4200
whatever games i play are fine sometimes 10min sometimes an hour but eventually any game with some decent graphics will end up crashing
i have prime95'd for a day straight with no error's along with memtest86
i have a asus a7n8x
a-xp 2700 333fsb
corsair xms pc3200 512mb
thermaltake 420watt psu
while running prime95 my temps dont go over 115F so i know its not heat. how do i test my video card to really see that is what is failing me? if it is what vid card do you guys suggest i upgrade to with this rig?

Since that is an older card, start with 3dmark01, it should successfully crash your vid card if thats really the problem

using 3dmark03 it will run no problem, is there a way i can set it to loop or stress test?
