Vibrating CRT

I'm running dual monitors (both crts) and when I degaussed one of them, the other's picture started to vibrate slightly on the right side and it hasn't stopped since. I've tried degaussing it several times, but the problem persists.
 
Well now I turned off the one which I degaussed, and the other runs perfectly fine. But when I turn it on, it starts shaking the other.
 
Sounds like EMI. Moving them farther apart or putting some sort of shielding between them should help.
 
Yeah, but it just started happening when I degaussed one of them.
