When overclocking a videocard for F@H which is the most important to increase, core, shader or memory? I want to increase my output but don't want to risk my card if it's not going to help any.

Shaders is the area you should concentrate. Unlink the core and shaders so you can overclock it higher without having to deal with a much higher heat output.

It should also be noted that only Nvidia has independently clocked shaders. You will only be able to adjust core and memory clocks on ATI cards. I believe the shaders run at the same speed as the core on these cards.

But yeah on Nvidia cards you will notice folding increases by increasing the shaders but the core and memory wont make too much of a difference. Good luck. :)
