Ok...this is weird. Hopefully someone will be able to assist me with this.
Here's the hardware that I am working with.

Supermicro X6DAi-G E7525 Dual Xeon Motherboard (DDR)
DUAL 3.40GHz Intel Xeon Processors
2GB PC3200 DDR SDRAM
ATI Radeon X600 XT PCI-Express 128MB
2 400GB Seagate Drives in RAID 1 using the ONBOARD sata controller.
Pioneer 16X Dual Layer Burner
Samsung-Toshiba 16X DVD ROM/48X CD-ROM Drive

all of this is a Supermicro Case with hotwappable sata drive bays. (thats where the 2 seagates are)

Now heres my issue. I have done clean install with latest drivers for all components a number of times now. Every single time at one point or another, after the system gets restarted it wont boot anymore.

I can not replicate it at will.

The first time I had the workstation running for 2-3 days before it happened.

Second time I did a clean install...installed win updates, drrivers, software, ran a few runin brograms, then it died.

Third time...I had it running for a few days. everything was installed and it was running perfect. Had 4 instanced of Prime running (one of each CPU) without a problem for over a day. Then I even made a restart.bat file that restarted the system over and over and over. It was still working when I saw it in the morning. I did a HD write/read stress tests. Still nothing. Then all of a sudden I restart it and same thing.

Fourth time it happened right after Windows updates.

I changed memory, and I am currently running SeaTools on the drives. Its at 59% with no errors. Memory test and Quick test went though with no error.

Safe mode doesnt work. It hangs after file mup.sys loads.

I did some research on web and looked for solutions with mup.sys and the following file as well. None of the solutions worked.

So im stummped. Hope you guys can help me out here.

A faulty power supply can make raid arrays go corrupt, try another psu if possible

Have you seen if you can duplicate the issue using an IDE drive on IDE 0? It also might be an instance of the onboard SATA controller is starting to die. Some of the boards that are equipped with it tend to have their controllers die on a regular basis.

bah...no ide..but I will be trying an external sata controller.

I doubt the PS is the issue. The raid array is Healthy and Functional.

Also, you if you haven't already determined what the problem is, try using some different SATA cable - it's possible that there's something up with the cable itself.
