Setting up a ventrilo server, but the free version only allows 8-slots. I would just buy a license but you need to have a legit business name and you need to buy a minimum of 1000 slots, which I don't need. I'll run TeamSpeak if I have to, but I don't know if they allow more than 8 slots, and none of my friends use it or want to switch to it.
I googled a little bit but haven't found much of anything.... is there a 3rd party application out there that I can install and run as a server that ventrilo clients can connect to?
I'm running windows vista too, but if you know of anything XP based, that would help too. I don't want to have to re-configure my linux box unless I have to (2 pc's + space heater = fuse going every 30 minutes)
