I think the magnets on my Viewsonic are going already. It is only about 1 year old and one of the corners has a red tinge to it. Anyone else have this problem? Has anyone dealt with Viewsonic before for warranty issues? Any experiences they want to share?

My NEC FE950+ is about 3 years old now and still just as good as the day I bought it, which I use as my 2nd monitor.
 
Yup, i had a viewsonic and it was doing the same thing less than a year after i bought it. I put up with it for a while, then got myself a nice NEC, which has been here on my desk for over a year and it still runs like that day it was built.
 
Ig you havent ever used your warrenty before you might be able to call Viewsonic and say you have had it for less than 1 year
 
The monitor has a 3 year warrenty...so attempt to get a new one. If they try to send you a refurb i'd just wait to see if the problem gets worse.
