Vdimm and Vcore

vdimm is voltage of your ram. vcore is voltage of the processor. and yes, it depends on the ram you have and the cpu u have.

Same here, dunno what voltages people are needing for varying speeds. Like say do people bump it up when they go to 220fsb, 230... etc?
 
for me, whenever my cpu is unstable i bump up the voltage like .25v or something

Yeah, my friend was trying to overclock his proc yesterday. Set it to 220 or 230 FSB and went to book. It didn't lock up but it couldn't see the hard drive (or something), asked for the system disc and then seemed to lock when loading the firewire drivers from the disc. It just sat there for a while and he hit the reset button and put it back to normal speeds.

Then he panicked and asked me and I didn't have a clue. lol
