usb to pci adapters

looking for a pci adapter that i can plug a pci card into and connect to usb i am a weather junkie .Ive got a asus eepc trying to run my boltek lightening detector on the eeepc threw usb i have found one at ars technology it is little much for my blood .i you can steer me in the right direction sure would be thankful

I find it highly unlikely that such a product exists for the general case. PCI is a memory mapped bus with DMA and drivers for PCI devices except those features. Special case devices intended for particular hardware may exist but I would expect them to be expensive.

Expresscard and PCMCIA to PCI adaptors exist but are extremely expensive.
