At the moment, I'm trying to decide if I should get another 512mb Sandisk Cruzer Micro (other being used with the MP3 Companion), or go for a 512mb Sandisk Cruzer Titanium.
At this point, I'm leaning toward a titanium, since I need one I can carry all the time for documents. The cap on my Cruzer Micro is getting loose (though some say their's are fine), so not sure if the cap will be fine if I get another micro.
Does anyone have any experiences with these? Should I get a Titanium? Something else entirely (512mb+)?

[Cheapest I've seen so far with shipping is $60.00ish for the Titanium, and doesn't look like I can get a micro for any less than 50ish until more get into stock ... got my original for micro at a killer price from Newegg for $31.99 without researching. Should I just wait?]
 
Good buddy of mine had all of his VB.net college projects on his sandisk cruiser micro and then one day...... POOOF... gone to eatherland..... occording to what he and I can find this happens with far more regularity on these sandisk drives than other brands. One day you just plug it in and nothing can't even format. Tho some people have argued it is a direct result of not telling windows to disconnect the device prior to unplugging. Tho according to some, it happens anyway even if they do unplug properly.
