usb drive wont work?

i have a 128 MB sandisk cruzer mini thumb drive.

it works on every computer except for mine all of the sudden. can anyone tell me why it stopped working?

the error says "cannot find disk G:" or "G: is not accesable because of a device I/O error"
 
I had this problem after upgrading to intels usb drivers. I rolled back the drivers and it worked fine. Other usb devices worked fine but my usb joystick and cruzer did not. If that doesnt work try installing the usb drivers from the OEM of the usb part you use( card or motherboard). Hope this helps.
