Does anyone understand the title? :)

I have 3 usb devices and soon to have 4 of them cluttering my desk (USB Plextor dvdrw, 2- usb external harddrive, and soon another usb audio device). Does anyone know off an organizer where i can actually stack these things in an organized way, while looking prof. and clean so i can actually cleanup the power and usb cables behind them?

I know i actually stack them one on top of the other, but i just thought if there is something out there that is made for the sole purpose of organizing/stacking USB devices.

This is the modding forum. Why don't you make one? Choose your material: wood, plexi, Aluminum, steel, AOL CDs, whatever. It's not a complex thing to make.

Cuz i'm lazy. Ive been searching for some but none of them really struck me as something i would want to use.

Here's an idea:

I'm guessing all that stuff is USB because you use a laptop?

Get an empty SFF case from Shuttle or the like. It already has a slot for the optical drive and 2 HDs. The sound dongle you can just kind of rig to the back of it (which no one will be looking at anyway). Stick a USB hub inside to link them all to, and only 1 USB cable comes out the back!

If you're really lazy you can still use all their assorted power supplies; but if you really want it neat rig them all up to an old Baby-AT PSU (which should still fit neatly in the SFF case).

WOOW..That looks f***kin awesome.

I can't imagine there being something prebuilt. Not all USB devices are constructed with the same dimensions. You'd have to build your own so as to accommodate each one accordingly. It isn't like optical drives all being 5.25" or stuff like that.
