urgent memory problem (PLEASE READ)

With a lot of programs, Firefox, AIM, Winamp, Media Player Classic. I have ran memtest86, all my memory is fine. I have also have all the service packs and such. Here says that if I get SP1 It will be fixed, Too bad I have windows 2000 sp4. what the hell is going on

specs:
amd athlon 2500+
2xkingston 256mb pc2700
abit nf7



i have done the following:


1) upgraded chipset drivers
2) ran ALL windows updates
3) updated to the newest ati video drivers
4) updated audio drivers
5) updated ultramon
6) ran memtest86 (overnight) (no errors at all) (36 passes)
 
I'd be curious to see the answer to this.

We have been seeing this a lot at our work.

Personally, I get that error when I run CMD
