upgrading video card

I have upgraded my computer to a

Intel Core i5-3570 Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz
8 Gigs of Ram.
28 inch monitor.

and I am currently looking to replace my EVGA Geforce GTX 275 cards in SLI

I am considering one of the following cards. I am considering getting a card with 3gigs of ram anyone have any ideas of which would be better?

What's the resolution of your monitor?

If 1080p, then 2GB should suffice.

if more than 1080p, I would go with the 3GB option.

But honestly, if it is more than 1080p, it deserves at least a 670 or 7950, to be able to play with decent settings and acceptable framerates

I currently play BF3, Bioshock Infinite.

On BF3 i am only getting around 60FPs with the V synch shut off.

2 GB is enough. I also play at 1920x1200 and my 1.5 gb gtx 480's is enough. Unless someone can show you proof that you need 3gb I would go with a 2 gb card

go and look at the posts again. that is the op asking about the gtx480 sli setup. and if 275 sli is a fast as a gtx480 then yes its almost as fast as a gtx660ti.
