Long story short, I'm upgrading my desktop. New parts are Gigabyte Z87X UD4H i7 4770k and some gskill ram. Also have a seasonic x 750 that I needed to use because old psu cables weren't compatible with the gigabyte board. When I try to boot up, my 780ti which was working fine in my last build shows no signs of life. Other parts of pc seem to boot up fine, but no video. I reconnected setup with old psu and get a loop of 1 second then off because of no cpu power. In that one second, the gpu lights up and fans come on. What do I do to make this setup work with my new seasonic. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Random solution that worked for me regarding video card not posting etc:

Pull out your CMOS battery for 10ish mins, then pop it back in.

For some odd reason that worked for my 960....

Double check ALL your power and data connections to make sure they are FIRMLY seated.

Well, if you really think it's your 780ti, try booting up without it, and just use the onboard, temporarily of course for testing. That should eliminate the possibility of a problem video card, or a problem with the power feed to the video card.
