Upgrading help

I have a shuttle case with a 200 watt power supply.
I wana get a XFX 6800 AGP video card. Will my computer have enough power? Is it possible to up grade my power supply?

This is my systems current specs
P4 Socket 478 2.66 533MHZ FSB
1 gig of RAM (two sticks of 512mb each)
200 GB Maxtor HDD
40GB HDD

Also will this video card work with my dell 2005FPW using the widescreen feature? Also will screen rotate 90 degrees so I can turn my screen sideways and view the screen sideways?

You need to get a better power supply. I upgraded to the 550w antec just so I could run my 6800GT, no way a 200w psu will cut it. You'll either a.) pop the psu immediately (which I've had the fortune to do on more than one occasion using crappy psu's that came with cheap cases) or b.) have artifacts due to the card getting undervolted.
Sorry if you wanted better news, but the truth is what it is.
