Has anyone seen anything remotely similiar to a larger sized laptop case that would feature a upgradeable case? possible with lcd mounts for 15, 17, and 19'' lcd panel clips? possible even use the "ICE" technology of the shuttles to make a semi small width instead of using a full sized heatsink / fan

you know, patenting something like this might be profitable but ya know?
 
... you mean a briefcase PC right? Been done before, briefcases were all the rage two years back AFIK.
