I currently am running a 4850 with an Accelero S1 rev 2. I've been fairly happy with that combo and it stays cooler passively than it did with a pretty decent HIS Ice-Q cooler on it. The computer is in my office/guest room so I like it to stay quiet.

I'm thinking about upgrading (and moving the 4850 to the secondary unit that the kids use mostly) but would want something that passively cool (with the Accelero or some equivalent) and still keep decent temps. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I don't have any experience with these but in case you are not aware, I believe this is the highest video card currently available in passive cooling:
gigabyte's 5770 model.

Other examples include Sapphire's
passive 5670

I don't think the 5770 is much of an upgrade from the 4850 (some, perhaps, but not worth the cash). I was really asking if anyone has any experience with aftermarket solutions for newer or higher-end cards. Not the crazy-high end ones, but any that would meaningfully outperform a 4850 on a 1600x1200 screen.
