just recently got one on ebay. at least i hope it was unlocked... or i got scammed. Anyway.. question is, does a 3200+ require faster RAM? or can i just run it on the pc2100 i got in there now?

2600+ IIRC came in 2 flavors, 266 fsb and 333 fsb (133/166). If it's the 266 fsb flavor, you can run it 1:1 with your memory now. If it's a 333 anyways, the minimum you'd get away with is 166, unless you want to run at a divider, which isn't very pleasant for performance in the AMD camp. You could technically run it at 3200+ speeds if it were unlocked at a ratio again, but the performance would suffer greatly. You'll probably want to get some DDR 400 (pc 3200) memory to run it 1:1 [at least] at 3200+ speeds. Just a tip.
